Deposits

Deposits paid for an order are non-refundable.

 

Payment methods

No cash payments are accepted. Payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by Surfaces Maestro.

 

Returns and final sales

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Products from opened boxes are not eligible for return, particularly if the packaging has been opened or the product has been tampered with.

 

Refill fees

For all returns accepted by Surfaces Maestro, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to the value of the returned products. Acceptance of a return remains at Surfaces Maestro's discretion and is subject to the condition of the product and the terms and conditions applicable to the order.

 

Delivery

Delivery is made to the curb only. Delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery conditions and fees may vary depending on the order, destination, and product characteristics.
